About Us

Regency Integrated Health Services and Smithville Hospital Authority are proud to announce Towers Nursing Home replacement facility coming in 2019. We plan to continue our 50 years of service to the Smithville community by providing a new facility to help people restore strength, function and independence following an illness, injury, surgery or a hospital stay. We will be able to deliver person-centered care on a short term basis depending on your needs. Our vision calls for quality and outcome-focused post acute care that meets individualized patient needs.

Individualized care and/or rehabilitation plans are designed for each patient and may include: Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies, Post Surgical Care and Recovery, Cardiac Care, Dementia Care, IV Care, Stroke Care, and Wound Care.

When living at home is no longer the best option, Towers Nursing Home will provide a comfortable and safe community living option. Our co-workers will continue to provide the same compassionate everyday living care in an updated and spacious new location. We will deliver a person-centered care on a long term basis that involves a holistic approach to the spiritual and social needs as well as the healthcare needs of our residents.

Towers Nursing Home offers Respite Care to provide time off for family members caring for someone who is ill, injured or unable to care for themselves. Your loved one will be taken care of while you take necessary breaks for holidays, vacations, or even if you just need some personal time.
