Janis began her real estate career in 2001, focusing her efforts in Bastrop County. She specializes in luxury residential, historic homes and farm and ranch properties.

Janis and her husband, Charles, moved to their ranch in Smithville in 1975. They have seen Bastrop County grow and prosper over the years.
