Mommy and Baby Yoga
Monthly Mommy & Baby Yoga provides a welcoming space for mothers and their babies to connect, learn, and engage in healthy activities together. Each session includes one hour of yoga and programming, followed by one hour of free books, community resources, and giveaways for moms.
