Keep Smithville Beautiful's Sustainable Home & Garden Show

Keep Smithville Beautiful is proud to announce the 2026 Sustainable Home & Garden Show. This year's theme "Partnering to Keep the Colorado River Clean" highlights our community-wide efforts to reduce litter, increase recycling and protect the lower Colorado River which connects to Matagorda Bay and supports valuable Texas Gulf Coast ecosystems, wildlife, recreation and local economies.

The Show will include:

• Plastic Collection Challenge 
• "Waste to Wonder" Recyclable Art Contest 
• Sustainable Living Education Forum

Please join local businesses, schools, organizations, nonprofits, artisans, environmental educators and community members from Smithville and Bastrop County for a day of inspiration, creativity, education and community engagement.
