Chamber Annual Membership Meeting

The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce invites all members—and those interested in learning more about membership—to join us for our Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

This yearly gathering is both a time of reflection and anticipation. We’ll celebrate the wins and milestones of 2025, introduce our Board of Directors and Chamber staff, and look ahead to the goals and opportunities that await in 2026.

While there will be some formal elements to the evening, we also want it to feel personal and genuine—a true conversation with our members. Your feedback helps shape the work we do, and we’re currently developing a brief Member Survey to learn more about what you need and value most from your Chamber experience.

Whether you’re a longtime member, new to the Chamber, or simply curious about what we do, we’d love for you to be part of this important annual event.
