The 2017 BEST Leadership Class comes to Smithville for training and a guided tour through town led by Bruce Blalock. A tour and tasting at Bone Spirits will be followed by lunch downtown. Hosted by the Chambers of Commerce for Smithville, Elgin & Bastrop.
