Baskets for Hope Fundraiser
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Smithville will hold their Baskets for Hope Fundraiser on Sunday, May 3 from 4-6 p.m. with the drawing starting at 5:30 p.m. The event will be held at the St. Paul Parish Hall, 200 Mills St. Support this organization which uses the proceeds to helpthe less fortunate in the Smithville zip code area with rent, utilities,medication and transportation assistance. Suggested donation is $1 per ticket or $5 for 6 tickets. For more information call 512-360-5500.
