DESCRIPTION:Chamber to Host Local Candidate Forum - The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce will host a local candidate forum on Monday April 21\, 2014. The forum will be held at the Smithville Recreation Center at 7:00 p.m.The candidates running for Mayor\, City Council and School Board in the May2014 election have all been invited to participate. The public is invitedto submit questions for the candidates. You can get the questions submission form and drop it off at one of the area drop box locations. Drop boxes are located at Smithville City Hall\, the Smithville Area Chamber of Commerceoffice and the Smithville Public Library.  Questions may be submitted until Friday April 4. Contact the Chamber with any questions.
