She has also served over a dozen urban and commercial district planning efforts and led strategic planning from every perspective possible.  As a local government catalyst\, community engagement expert\, and Texas downtown influencer Sarah's powerful approach\, understanding of the human mindset\, contagious energy\, and endless passion for place\, has transformed neighborhoods\, commercial corridors\, community organizations and government entities across the State of Texas. As a keynote speaker\, imaginative facilitator\, and well-respected industry expert. Sarah presents\, engages\, and facilitates at the state\, national\, and international level.
