DESCRIPTION:Please join us June 14\, 2025\, as we host our first annual Health Fair & Living Well Expo. Fayette Memorial Funeral Home\, along with up to 25 local businesses\, would like everyone to come out and see what our wonderful community has to offer.\n\nOur goal is to educate everyone on healthy livingin all aspects of life including medical\, financial\, and physical. Your booth rental fee will go towards marketing and advertising for the event. There will be light snacks available inside the gymnasium\, as well as the Sweet Tea Cafe food truck available in the parking lot for those who would like a little something more.\n\nWe are including an application form. Please fill it outindicating what you would like to showcase in your booth or for your group and return it to us via email\, mail\, or give us a call at (979) 968-9595 and we will happily pick it up. If you'd like to present demonstrations that would also be great. Prizes\, drawings and giveaways are also encouraged. Booth payments can be made by check\, cash\, or money order only and returned with your application.
