Paper copies will be available on the front porch of the Chamber of Commerce. \n\n \n\nGet ready to treasure hunt! The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to our Community-Wide Garage Sale on Saturday\, April 4\, 2026\, from 8 AM to 3 PM. This beloved semi-annual event (mark your calendar   the fall sale is October 3\, 2026!) draws a huge crowd\, with 50+ sales happening all over town. \n\n \n\nHow to Shop:\n\nStart your day by picking up a map at the Chamber front porch\, which will guide you to all the participating garage sales at private residences. Maps will be available beginning Friday\, April 3\, at 3 PM and will remain stocked on the Chamber front porch throughout the event day.\n\n \n\nInterested in Selling?\n\n \n\nHost at home: Get your sale on the map for just $15! (Payable in person or online.) \n\nDon't have a great location? Reserve a spot at Railroad Park for $15 and take advantage of downtown foot traffic. (Payable in person or online.)\n\n \n\nBoost your visibility! Rent a bold "Stop Here" yard sign for an extra $10 to direct shoppers your way. (Payable in person or online.) Signs will be available for pick-up starting Thursday\, April 2\, and must be returned by Monday\, April 6.\n\n \n\nDon't miss this fantastic opportunity to shop\, sell\, and explore Smithville!
